Reminder: Collaborate Recording Removal Deadline
Due to data storage caps on the Blackboard SaaS system, IT will be removing Collaborate Recordings from the Fall 2022 Term from our system.
Removal will begin on February 5, 2024.
This means that if you have Collaborate recordings from the Fall 2022 Term that you want to use or save going forward that have not already been backed up you will need to download any files prior to the deletion date.

Important: YuJa Mobile App Update
At the beginning of 2024, YuJa updated its YuJa Enterprise Video Platform Mobile App for both iOS and Android. This is a NEW app, intended to entirely replace the existing YuJa mobile app.
As of today, January 31st, the old YuJa mobile app is no longer available. If you were previously using the YuJa mobile app, you will need to download the new, updated version before you can sign in and create content.
The updated app comes with some changes: a new My Media tab for users to access their content, a redesigned Media Player with added functionality, and a refreshed Course Channels view.
ILCCO’s Growing Online Learning Conference is scheduled for February 6 – 8.
The theme for this year’s conference is “AI: Transforming Education for Tomorrow.” The keynote session is “Empowering Instructors through Generative AI” with Nicolaas Matthijs, Senior Vice President for Product Management, Anthology. This is a free virtual conference.
