This webinar features a tour of the new and improved housing.ne.gov by Sheila Roberts, Region Support Manager for Emphasys Software. Sheila, who has over twenty years of experience working with state and local housing agencies, explained the recent upgrades to our free, statewide rental housing listing site.
Visit housing.ne.gov for information on over 30,000 units that can be sorted by market-rate, subsidized, income-based, senior, and accessible units, as well as those that accept the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCVP) and Veteran vouchers. Emphasys is proud to work with the Socialserve Call Center, which is a nonprofit call center and second-chance employer that provides bilingual support for housing location and listing services. They assist displaced households in finding new housing, offer wait list support, and gather housing data.
