As lights go up, snow falls and festive music plays, the holidays can be a time for hope. This year, we are launching a Hope Wall for the new year. Similar to our Living Donation Week Gratitude Wall, we ask you to join us in adding your hopes, dreams, and wishes for the future for yourself, someone you care for or the transplant community as a whole.

Many people on the transplant waitlist are hoping for a holiday miracle of their own. There are many supports available through the Centre for Living Organ Donation to assist those waiting for transplant, potential donors, caregivers and families. Check out our social links below, or contact us if you have questions or need support.

We wish you happy holidays and may all your hopes and dreams be realized.

This webinar reviews eligibility for Hope Air medical travel, accommodation and meals programs for people requiring hospital care. It also discusses the new GiveLifeUHN Travel & Accommodation Program delivered by Hope Air, which provides top-up support for potential living donors (and their caregivers) travelling from out of province, or Northern, remote and rural areas to UHN for donor assessment and surgery. The goal of this new Hope Air / Centre for Living Organ Donation collaboration is to promote financial neutrality for all living donors, regardless of income.
