The Institute of Education Sciences (IES), in collaboration with the Educational Testing Service (ETS), is sponsoring a 3-day workshop for researchers interested in working with data from the Program for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies (PIAAC). This workshop will be held at the University of Maryland, College Park Campus Monday July 30th to Wednesday August 1st, 2018. During the workshop participants will learn how to conduct simple and complex analysis with the PIAAC data and will familiarize themselves with the contents, and statistical and data complexities of PIAAC. Participants will be accepted upon a favorable review of their online application. Accommodation and sustenance costs to participate in this workshop will be funded with a grant from IES. Funding is limited to U.S. citizens and U.S. permanent residents.
