Join the UMD Department of Communication as they present Dr. K. “Vish” Viswanath, who will discuss the intersections between communication and health.

Dr. Viswanath is a professor in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences in the Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health. He is also the director of the Health Communication Core of the Dana-Farber/Harvard Cancer Center.

Dr. Viswanath was recently named Lee Kum Kee Professor of Health Communication and Co-Director of the new Lee Kum Sheung Center for Health and Happiness at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
